Version History • AI Form Assistant — The assistant now works alongside offline form saving. It picks drop-down and checkbox answers more reliably, replacing an existing answer takes a single yes, and it tells you clearly when an answer is too long for a field.

• Training — A redesigned Topic Details page with certificate extensions and a link to the training provider. Start required courses straight from the topic, and upload a certificate onto a completed training record.

• Asset Management — Create new assets right in the app (with the right permissions). Asset forms show their Form ID, and an asset's location now has a sub-location access setting.

• Forms — Add attendees in bulk by location, or remove them all at once. Selected assets and attendees are added automatically, with no extra Add tap. Numbered lists now display the same as on the web.

• Team — Completed team forms open whatever their expiry status, and zero-count badges are hidden.

• Reliability — Photos and typed text are no longer lost when a form saves. Linked scores keep their calculated value, child forms keep inherited Likert answers, required comments carry through to the next stage, and offline folder PDFs open correctly. You'll also see a clear message when a form save or submission can't go through.

• Performance — Updated sessions refresh more reliably.

• Stability — Fixes for issues reported by users across forms, assets, training, and sign-in.

• Forms — Drop-down fields are now searchable. Photos taken in a form carry a legible location stamp. Completed task forms can be downloaded and shared from the preview. Attendance shows employee IDs and confirms each attendee you add. Signatures and offline saves are more reliable, and asset and folder forms now open offline.

• Asset Management — A redesigned asset assignment flow with built-in QR scanning, and asset assignments now sync correctly.

• Training — Forward several completed certificates at once by email, and add Upload Certificate to your favourites.

• Lone Worker — Set up to five designated contacts, with more reliable check-ins and fewer false offline alerts.

• Profile — Refreshed Profile Settings with Driver Compliance built in, plus custom profile fields from your organisation.

• Navigation — Breadcrumbs in folders, pinned and filterable task comments, and read-only Site Access for portal users.

• Performance — Forms you reopen restore their media faster, and 32 underlying libraries were updated.

• Stability — Fixes for issues reported by users across forms, attendance, folders, and sign-in.
